Farmers & his crisis - Who is responsible?

Well, As we all know, India is an agricultural country with around 60% of its people depending directly or indirectly upon agriculture. Today, India ranks second worldwide in farm output.
Agriculture is demographically the broadest economic sector and plays a significant role in the overall economic fabric of India. Agriculture and allied sectors like forestry and fisheries accounted for 13.7% of the GDP(Gross Domestic Product), about 50% of the total workforce.

It is seen continuously from last few month, there is news coming out about farmers ending their life’s due to crisis.

What is the reason? Who is responsible?

According to the Expert, low commodity prices and bad weather have exacerbated the turmoil on India's farms. International commodity prices have touched a 10-year-low and Indian farmers growing cotton, potato and rubber are among the worst affected. Wheat prices are protected as the crop is bought at a premium by the government, but unseasonable rains have wrecked the harvest.

Is it so? Who is responsible for this? Is this issues can’t be controlled?
One thing I must say -  "It has become a very serious crisis".

    What does reports says?

A 2014 survey by the Delhi-based Center for Study of Developing Societies found that 76% of the young people employed in farming in India wanted to do some other work. More than 60%, the survey said, would prefer to leave for a job in a city. They believe farming is stressful, risky and unrewarding.

Nearly 225,000 people involved in farming and agriculture killed themselves in India between 2000 and 2013, the latest years for which data is available from the National Crime Records Bureau.

In recent months, in parts of the country where heavy, unseasonable rain and hail have damaged crops, hundreds of farmers have taken their own lives, according to reports.
Gajendra Singh, a farmer from the state of Rajasthan died apparently after hanging himself from a tree at a political rally in New Delhi in support of farmers this week.

World Health Organization figures show, India has one of the highest rates of depression in the world and because of a lack of psychiatrists and stigma around mental illness, particularly in rural swathes, many sufferers believe the only way out is to take their own lives.

Politics on this serious Problem –

Despite, taking strong decision over this problem, our government and leaders are playing politics, taking non-sense, making argument with each other and so on. They are completely failed on execution of this issue. They are making fools to farmer from a long time.

This government was elected on the promise of creating jobs and modernizing India's creaking infrastructure and to create a milestone for betterment of farmers and poor people. But, till now, it is failed in his achievement.

I just want to urge them that come out from their luxury life and visit any one farmer’s house; you will definitely realize the cause of suicide.

Please, do some realistic action as this is matter of somebody’s life.
